The MRK-3 technological machine is intended to destroy electrolyte crust when producing primary aluminium.
This machine comprises a tracked chassis fitted with a turning column that has a working device. The latter is made in the form of a moving carriage and a composed boom with pneumatic crow-bar.
The machine is controlled with the help of a remote control device (pneumatic control panel).
The MRK-3 is intended to operate under conditions of severely limited space between electrolysers, including operation at the end passageways with blind-ends.
